Many of the boxes are in great shape, but some show wear and tear or creases. Although some have a sticker on the flap where it closes, none are sealed, since they will be briefly opened and inspected for damage before shipping. Some have light scuffs/scratches (as pictured for example in the last picture), and some of the labels on the back are torn.The battery probably doesn't hold a charge and/or may have some bulging.
The adapter is included. Due to their vintage nature, any number of defects could exist, so they're sold AS-IS.
A fresh operating system of Windows CE will be installed. I've heard that other operating systems can be installed, including Ubuntu.
