This Cat6A (Augmented) 23 AWG cable is enhanced version of standard Cat6 category. Characterized to 500MHz - twice that regular Cat6 and has improved alien crosstalk characteristics which picks up high levels of alien noise at high frequencies, allowing 10GBASE-T to be run for the same 100 meter maximum distance as previous Ethernet variants. It is also Riser (CMR) rated that means self-extinguish and produce a low amount of smoke and toxicity. Suitable for most varieties of Ethernet standards also used to carry other signals such as telephony and video. Internally the cable features copper solid conductors that provide maximum performance over long distance. Fully compatible with previous versions of network standarts (Cat5 and Cat6). Smooth, round and flexible wire construction provides easy pulling and jacket stripping.
