They had an open box price for a Azdome GS63H dash cam. It said the usual open box information. And it arrived as described. But when I went to use the suction cup mount it would not stay attached to the window. I wrote them and told them I had this issue and the politely said return it. I explained I still wanted it and I had hoped they would have offered to replace the suction cup. I told them I found one for $8.00. They said they would refund me the $8.00 plus tax . And they did.

This item was advertised as new open box. This item arrived with mold where the formula goes. I contacted the seller and they were very good about the issue. They issued a refund and requested that the product not be sent back. This seller has good customer service. I would rather have had the product but I was able to buy another one.
