Useful item for my purpose.
A rather expensive, but useful product. I bought it in order to add a built in switch to my home server. Removed the case, glued the pcb to a pci bracket and installed it into the chassis. Easy to power from internal usb header. Considering the fact that the only product in market that I was able to find is a 10/100 pci card with an integrated switch which in fact costs more then this, I think it is not too expensive (even though it is still hard to justify the cost).
