This buyer in every effort tries to get a free copy of this e-delivered VPN service.
His first excuse is he ordered Windows OS software from a DIFFERENT seller's store. Somehow eBay ends up ordering VPN service from our store. We have proved that he started to use our VPN service the same day he received that e-delivery.
His second excuse is he did not receive "code". Again, he has successfully used our VPN service.
3rd, he threaten to leave negative feedback if I don't refund. And he did!
