Buyer must contact Adirondack Networks first before returning item(s). Items must be returned in original condition with all included parts as was received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If buyer receives item in damaged condition not described in the listing, DOA or other error made by Adirondack Networks, then Adirondack Networks will pay for return shipping costs.
