Brand new, Open Box. The SSD was open, the Enclosure was still sealed. I opened the Enclosure to Check the SSD. You Get Both for One Money. The SSD may or may not have been opened before, but the box looked rough so I wanted to test it. After checking with Disk Manager, the SSD is in it's factory, uninitialized State.
