• Pickups:Items listed online are NOT available at our store location. The pickup location is at the Goodwill Opportunity Campus located at 5301 Wilkinson Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28208. Please use messages to confirm an appointment:
• Pickups at this location are only available Tuesday-Friday 10 am-2:30 pm.
• Pick up appointments must be confirmed before coming to our facility.
• A personal ID must be presented when picking up items.
• We do not accept same day pick-ups under any circumstances.
• We are unable to take payment at our warehouse location, payment must be made prior to pick-up.
