Mixed review. Perfect form factor for my needs, BUT doesn’t play well with UniFi management platform. As a forwarding device it works fine. But you buy Unifi products for easy and precise monitoring and troubleshooting, and that’s not possible with the device because wired connections are ignored. Instead, they appear on the port of the next upstream switch. Ubiquity support verified this behavior. I put in a feature request.

I didn't have a good way to mount the Ubiquiti ceiling units, but the house was pre-wired with CAT 5E Ethernet in all the rooms. These were perfect for that use case. I am using 4 of them to cover a 4k sf house. This works very well, but I probably could have gotten away with three (or maybe even two) if I wasn't forced to mount a couple of them behind furniture.

Small out of the way and works, i used to use samsung connect home (3 mesh points for my house and pool area) two of these cover it with almost double the speed for the distance, The samsung worked really good but 2 out of the way devices that you dont have to plug into power ( they are POEaf) Was my selling point
