Total Disappointment & Frustration
Right out of the box, and after a 2 hour ordeal with a representative offshore in eastern Europe, (who by the way was one of the nicest individuals I have encountered,) it was determined that it was defective. He arranged for the exchange with CUJO, including a return label. This took about 3 days to obtain. Sent it back and am awaiting a replacement, i hope. Since I don't have a store "receipt" am finding it difficult to be positive? I have tried this with several different modems and the CUJO is easy to set up, has great customer support, if you are looking for a great firewall that is super easy to set up.. get the cujo. I highly recommend this.. also be sure and download the free mobile app from the google play store, you can configure some modems just by plugging it into the modem and rebooting it, the mobile app lets you see all the devices that are on your network and if you don't want them on their just click and they won't have internet access on your network. Was an easy set up. Took 10 minutes from box to on. Right away it started seeing all of my devices and protecting them. I got a phone call within 30 minutes from Cujo asking if I had any questions. I am amazed at how many threats are out there. It has stopped spam browsing, unauthorized port intrusion, and blocked bad sites. Highly impressed and is the next step to protect my home network.
