NO AFTER-SALES SERVICE. I contacted the seller to point out that his product does not work as he described for the Sega Genesis controllers with 6 buttons, that for my 2 Sega Genesis controllers there are only 3 buttons that work. I asked him if he could correct the problem. My 3 messages in one week went unanswered. So repeat; NO AFTER-SALES SERVICE.

Sorry, but as I was on a trip without access to my accounts. Therefore, not able to answer. Genesis controller firmware confirmed to work for 3 and 6 buttons. This has to be investigated with your controllers.
