I purchased this UPS to protect my media server. I came home and it smelled like smoke, my server was off. This UPS never supplied power from the battery, the first time it need to, it smoked (FAIL). BEWARE of this UPS new out of the box it is garbage. Thanks a lot CyberPower for the lovely piece of trash you sold me.
