    Amazing mic but very weak neck on camera

    The mic quality is exceptional and exactly what we needed. The camera neck, however, is very flimsy and easily broken - it was squished by packing material and broke when we ordered it.

    Product was susposed to be factory refurbished however the camera was blurry and out of focus. The speaker/mic faceplate was severly scratched in addition to intermittent feedback from the mic.Not usable.
