UNIT DOES POWER ON HOWEVER NOTHING APPEARS ON THE SCREEN.

WHEN TURNED OFF THE SCREEN DOES HAVE A FLASH OF GREEN.

WE ARE NOT SURE IF THIS IS NORMAL OPERATION OR NOT.

NO FURTHER TESTING WAS DONE.

FUNCTIONALITY IS UNKNOWN.
