The modem works great. Includes LAN cable, DSL phone cable, as well as AC adapter. The modem also includes 2 plastic \"feet\" to allow the modem to stand vertically. They are attached in the photos but I will detach them prior to shipping for proper packaging (to prevent them from breaking on the way over to you). The modem has scratches on the device (does not affect the functionality but affects the cosmetic appearance). Please see the photos provided. Thanks!
