This item is guaranteed to be in the condition and function advertised but since we have no control over how you use it we cannot guarantee it for an extended period of time. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery or we can't approve them. We are an honest seller and expect the same from our buyers. All items and serial numbers are photo-recorded and unique identification marks are etched on items that don't already have serials. Returns that do not have those marks, have different serial numbers or have otherwise been tampered with can't be accepted and then we're required to tattle on you to the appropriate authorities per PayPal rules.
