Returns

• Request for refund must be received within 30 days of delivery date.
• Customer pays return shipping unless the item received was not as described in the listing.
• Refund amount will be for sale price only. Shipping is not refundable unless the item received was not as described in the listing.

Instructions for returns:

1. Customers must contact us at 908-269-7485 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box prior to shipping the unit back.
3. Returns must include all accessories that were sent with the unit.
4. The returned item is received and inspected by our technicians within 72 hours of receipt.
5. Your refund will then be processed upon the conclusion of our inspection.
6. Failure to follow these instructions will result in delays in processing the return.

Payment

• Buy It Now sales must be paid for immediately.
• We only accept PayPal as our standard payment method.
• Accepted Best Offers must be paid for within 4 days of winning the sale.
