NO CHARGER AND NO HARD DRIVE INCLUDED. No operating system, no power cord/adapter, and no hard drive included. The unit powers on to BIOS when plugged in. I/O ports are not tested. The buyer will have to provide and install their own hard drive and operating system. CPU and RAM passed a stress test.
The screen is in good condition. There may be some light scratches on the screen that are difficult to see while powered on. The case has scattered scuffs and scratches from previous use as seen in pictures. Unit may be missing rubber feet from the bottom panel. See photos for additional details.

Returns or Exchanges
A 30-day return period also applies to items that arrive in the condition described in the listing.
