Payment- For PayPal customers we will only accept payments from the PayPal account with a physical confirmed shipping address in the United States of America and Canada; we will only ship to the confirmed address, no exceptions.

- Orders are processed 24-48 hours after payments are received. We strive to get out shipments same day or within 24 hours. We process orders during business hours only: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 3pm CST. We will not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
- Estimated delivery time for ground service is 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. We must have your telephone number before we ship to provide to the shipping company for contact.

Returns- If item is returned for "buyers remorse" a 20 percent restocking fee will be issued. You will be responsible for shipping back to our location.
