Return Policy:
All products, except "for parts only" items, unless otherwise noted, have a 30- days Dead on Arrival warranty. If your item is not in working condition upon arrival, it may be returned for a replacement for 30 days from the date the product was shipped.
Our warranty does not include consumables, eg. toner, ink cartridges, bulbs, batteries, all for parts or repair items, missing accessories not stated in our ad or pictured, etc. Compatibility issues are not considered Dead On Arrival.
