Upon receiving your RMA request, Cables & Etc, LLC. will issue you a RMA number within 2 business days. Cables & Etc, LLC. will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.

• We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you excluding the original delivery charges and 15% restocking fee for returns on electronic products. There is no restocking fee for non-electronic products.

• If item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days for an exchange and we will send you a new replacement.

• When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. Cables & Etc, LLC. will not be responsible for any shipping loss.
