We were able to power this item on, and to connect it to a monitor as a display using both the HDMI and VGA outputs. We were also able to navigate some of the menus and options during bootup using a USB keyboard. This item belonged to a client of ours. We do not have the technical expertise necessary to test all its functions. After testing, the item's hard drive was removed.
